Highly intelligent Corgis have been a favorite of the British Royal Family for more than seventy years. Queen Elizabeth II has owned more than 30 during her rein. That’s right–30 Corgis!

Have you ever seen two Corgi pups playing? With their long, wiggly bodies and stout legs, every jump and butt wiggle looks like a launch into a tremendous charge.

Did you know there are actually two breeds of Corgis?
Corgis were bred into two separate types–the Cardigan Welsh Corgi and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi. They were not recognized as two separate breeds of pup until the 1930s.
The good news is they are both incredibly cute and smart herding dogs.
